Check every detail before you order

Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started, because they cannot be resold. That makes accuracy at the point of ordering more important than in any other category.

Before submitting:

• Check spelling of names character by character, including accents and apostrophes
• Confirm dates in the format requested — day/month/year conventions differ by region
• Check character limits; text over the limit is usually truncated rather than rejected
• Note that fonts and layout are set by the maker, not chosen at order

Allow more time than usual

Personalised items need production time on top of the standard 10–25 business day delivery. For a fixed occasion, order at least eight weeks ahead.

Delivery and returns

Ships worldwide. Standard delivery is 10–25 business days plus production time. Personalised items are exempt from the 30-day returns policy except where the item arrives faulty, damaged, or does not match the details you supplied — in which case contact us within seven days with photographs and we will replace or refund it.
