Baby & Kids

Safety first, without compromise

Baby products are the one category where it is worth being conservative.

• Sleep — infants should sleep on a firm, flat surface. Pillows, loose bedding, cot bumpers and sleep positioners are associated with increased risk and are not recommended for under-ones, however they are marketed.
• Car seats — buy from specialist retailers who can confirm current regional certification and correct fitment. Never buy a used car seat, and never use one that has been in a collision.
• Small parts and cords — check anything within reach of a cot or pram for detachable pieces and cord length.
• Feeding items — confirm BPA-free where relevant, and check they are safe at the sterilising temperature you use.

Buying ahead

Babies grow faster than delivery times. With 7–15 business day shipping, buy clothing and equipment for the size your child will be in two months, not the one they are in now.

When to go elsewhere

For car seats, cot mattresses and anything load-bearing or safety-certified, use a specialist retailer with local certification and fitting support. This range covers accessories and everyday essentials rather than safety-critical equipment.

Delivery and returns

Ships worldwide in 7–15 business days with 30-day returns. Feeding and hygiene items cannot be returned once opened.
